Tennis Club News Page

Wednesday, April 5

The tennis courts were too wet to be worked on yesterday, but there was still plenty of action at the club. An annual event called a walk-around or walk-about took place. Members of the Buildings and Grounds Committees from both the Tennis Club and the Skating Club met with the Presidents of both clubs to walk around, or about, to take a careful look at the property, inside and out.

Both bathrooms will be rehabilitated. The work began yesterday when the crew ripped out the ceiling of the men's room.

The crew, in its zeal, accidentally ripped out a little bit of wiring. Just a little bit, you understand. Billy fixed it. With a smile in his heart.

Court Conditions: Puddled up.
