Thursday, April 6

The courts were still too wet to be worked on yesterday, but the sun was out. The crew was able to get the power roller on the clay, though, and that is some little progress.

The crew tidied up the grounds, raked down the grass, moved hockey nets, piles of firewood, and stacks of 2x12's.

Unless it rains today, the crew will try to spread some clay. The clay is spread in layers. Each layer has to be watered and brushed and rolled and fussed with. Hope for opening the courts on the 15th has dimmed.

Our Web Designer Bob Doyle meets with the Webmaster.

Court conditions: still drying out, slowly.
