AOL alert: We are getting reports that AOL users are having trouble finding our wonderful CTC website. Well, if they could see this page, we would advise them that our site is not in the AOL database. So, they should not Search the Web, but rather advance to Direct Connection to the Internet. Got that?
Tournaments: Men's and women's singles tournaments are looming. Sign-up sheets are on porch bulletin board.
Busyness: Usually during the second half of May, the club becomes very busy, but June is the busiest month of the year. It's tough to get a court on the weekends now.
Beehive? We are getting millions, maybe billions, of inquiries about the beehive deal at the bottom of the Today's News page. People refer to it as a 'bubble cluster,' a 'honeycomb,' and a 'little blobby thingie.' Well, it calls itself the Icon for the Persistent Archive. That's its real name, its formal name. Try clicking on it, which is what you're supposed to do. You'll be wafted to a list of all the previous news pages.
Court conditions: Pretty good, considering all the rain. Even court 5 was playable yesterday.Joe DeBassio, Webmaster.
